Jason Eric Ebanks, a resident of the Bronx, NY passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2020 at the age of 45.
Jason Eric Ebanks was born on June 25, 1974. He was a beautiful and happy baby with an infectious smile. He was very lovable from the day he was born. Jason is the last born child of four children, so he was never denied attention. He learned early how to get his way, which was simply, being Jason. While growing up Jason made countless friends and was adored by many. He had a great sense of humor with sharp wit that could make anyone laugh. Jason was a big fan of Spiderman and the Marvel Comic Avengers series. He loved going to the movie theater as well as watching movies at home. Jason was very respectful and preferred to help anyone rather than hurt. He was a caring person who would accompany a friend in need to a doctor appointment and would check on anyone of them while on their road to recovery. He loved to encourage people and make them feel accepted. That gift blossomed further when he met many people who became his friend at Narcotics Anonymous. Jason was the speaker at many meetings and his positive message was heard by many. He took encouraging people a step further by recognizing Facebook as a big platform. His daily words of inspiration and encouragement helped many of his friends and family start the day. What was greatly expected is now greatly missed.
Jason was a “foodie”, but always preferred his Mother’s cooking over all. He loved Coffee and various Desserts.
Jason will be forever loved and forever missed.
Jason is survived by his Mother Eleanor; brother Gordon; sister Nicolette “Nicky”; son Jason, Jr; daughter, Zolie; Aunts; Uncles; Nephews; Niece; Cousins and countless Friends.
May he Rest in Peace. Amen.
