Obituary of Margaret Mercadante

Margaret Mercadante, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, NY passed away peacefully on June 12, 2020 at the age of 79. Margaret was survived by her husband, Michael; her brother, C.J.; her sons, Teddy and Anthony; her daughter, Nicole; grandkids, Danielle, Christopher, Matthew, Nicholas, Anthony, Evalisse and Michael. Margaret truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She had a bright and energetic personality and was known for making people laugh and smile with her amusing voices, comical faces and entertaining humor. Margaret had the beautiful ability to reach people in a deep and positive way and was loved by all who knew her. She cared deeply for her family and friends and touched many lives with her generosity, love and selflessness. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18th at 10 AM at Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. with interment to follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx. Family, friends and others whose lives Margaret touched, are invited to reminisce, grieve and support each other on Wednesday, June 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Ruggiero & Sons, Inc.
